Founder
- Led the design of an IoT platform encompassing hardware, embedded systems, cloud infrastructure, and mobile applications, resulting in the successful acquisition of 11M+ CHF in grant funding over a 5-year period.
- Participated in the ‘SISTERS’ flagship project, achieving a perfect score of 15/15 from the European Union, making it the highest-ranking project across the EU and the highest-ever score attained by Switzerland.
- Led the development of the initial printed circuit board prototype, integrating onboard embedded systems software for data acquisition via various peripheral sensors, enabling communication over 2G networks and managing charging systems.
- Designed and implemented the Synapse Cloud Platform’s first working prototype, utilizing .NET libraries and an MSSQL database, alongside developing the pioneering mobile application compatible with both Android and iOS platforms using Dart and Flutter SDK.
- Oversaw talent acquisition for further project development, including enhancement of hardware design to encompass 4G/5G communication, 2-core 866 MHz processing power, low-power options, screen integration with affiliated drivers, and advanced antenna technology supporting various GSM, BLE and WiFi standards.
- Architected the cloud platform with a microservice-like structure, ensuring scalability and manageability by leveraging memory-based DB structures like REDIS and big data querying through ClickHouse, with automated load-balancing using NGINX and Docker-based auto-scaling.
